Cleaner Pay

$15 - $20 an hour depends on experience, knowledge, and skills

  • Provide excellent organization and housekeeping services
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of cleaning solutions to clean homes and businesses 
  • Implement health and safety standards during cleaning 
  • Work well under pressure 
  • Maintain physical fitness and ability to stand for long hours 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Collaborate well in a team environment

Supervisor Pay

$20 -$25 an hour depends on experience, knowledge, and skills

  • Coordinate and liaise with clients at worksites
  • Identify training needs for all cleaning staff
  • Coach team on effective cleaning methods
  • Solve complaints and feedback from clients
  • Implement work plans and inspect work done by cleaners
  • Check cleaning equipment and monitor cleaning product stock levels
  • Submit daily cleaning operations report
