After my husband passed away it became incredibly hard to maintain the cleaning around the house as a single mother and provider for my two kids. We had a little bit of a hoarding problem and Manuel was beyond kind and supportive throughout the process. He explained that they first needed to declutter, organize, and then clean to be able to transform my home into a welcoming and more habitable space. The ladies spent 7 hours servicing my home and did not stop for a single moment. They are truly hardworking cleaners that care about providing a great service to customers. Some of the things that stood out to me was that they were willing to help me declutter. I tried booking with other cleaning companies and they simply refused to service my home due its condition. I was able to point out the things I needed to keep vs throw out and this made things very seamless. Also, they did incredible job at helping me deep clean my bathrooms and remove the pet order smell from my living room and bedrooms. Since they serviced my home, my family and I feel great about spending time together in our home. The price was very accommodating and they charged me a flat rate which was very valuable to me as a customer since it was a big effort. In addition, they took great care of the things around my home and went out of their way to make sure everything was well organized. Having someone that speaks perfect English service your home is great as there was never any confusion. All their products are pet and child safe, which is essential in every home. The cleaning crew arrived within their 1 hour time window and were very communicative throughout the process including prior to servicing your home, which was nice because we did need to reschedule due a personal commitment of mine. They provide easy and flexible booking which is hard to find these days since most cleaning companies will charge a cancellation fee. Once they finished I was able to pay electronically through an online payment portal where I was able to reference my invoice. Lastly, thank you so much for helping me transform my home it has given me the opportunity to keep things more organized and cleaned to live a more happy life with my family.

This is my first time ever getting a cleaning service done and I was impressed. They arrived ten minutes earlier to get a head start and a pre-cleaning walk through. Manuel was very kind and was responsive whenever I had a question or concern. The pre-cleaning walk, helped so that Manuel could point out the areas that needed to be cleaned more thoroughly to his team members. The service was phenomenal especially our walk in shower has never looked better! They left a cute tissue bow tie by my night stand, made the bed and made our bed with the cleaned washed sheets.
In our townhome we have sectional couches that need to be de-attached to move and clean underneath. Manuel and his team members stayed behind overtime to help me vacuum the carpet rug and underneath the sectional couches. They were heavy, and I really appreciate them doing that!
The only place that hasn’t been vacuum was the floor in our pantry closet in the kitchen. It is on me that I didn’t check the closet during the cleaning walk through, but other than that everything else is phenomenal!

Manuel and his team are wonderful to work with! He is responsive, professional, and has a keen eye for detail. Each cleaning we do a pre-cleaning walkthrough to discuss all areas of the home and address any spaces that need special attention. The services they provide are 5 star and they always deliver! We love the little details they leave, from arranging our children’s books to folding our newly washed sheets before they leave. They always arrive on time and are happy to accommodate our weekend appointments. So happy to have found them!
